Every experience has led to where I am today.
My career hasn’t followed the traditional agency route. From hospitality and customer service to IT project management and web development, every step has given me valuable experience that helps me understand businesses, solve problems and deliver solutions that genuinely work.
2007 – 2012
Working in Hospitality
I learnt the importance of customer service, communication and solving problems under pressure.
2012 – 2016
IT Project Management
I managed complex technology projects, stakeholders and business change, ensuring successful delivery every time.
2016 – 2019
Building Websites
I discovered my passion for web design and development, creating websites that looked great and delivered measurable results.
2019 – Today
