The Challenge
Before launching its dedicated website, Thame Midsomer Tours relied heavily on referrals and information hosted across other local websites. This created a fragmented experience and made it harder for visitors to understand everything the organisation offered. The new website needed to bring several different experiences together while remaining easy for a volunteer-led, not-for-profit organisation to manage.
